Défi Physio Extra takes place in Terrebonne at École des Trois-Saisons on the wooded TransTerrebonne course. The event offers multiple race formats and distances for children and adults.
Available distances and formats include:
- 21.1 km race
- 10 km race
- 5 km race
- 10 km bike and run
- Défi des Entreprises 5 km
- 2 km race
- 1 km (7 years and older)
- 1 km (6 years and under)
- 500 m Course qui fait la différence
Registration includes a bib with timing chip, aid stations on course, a post-race snack, an expo village, an on-site photographer, a professional first aid team, insurance and a paid daycare service ($5 extra).
Event services include a secured area for bicycles, a cloakroom at the school for personal effects, and permission to use strollers on the course. Participants are asked to position themselves at the start according to their estimated finish time.
PhysioExtra is the main partner and co-organizer. PhysioExtra is a network of clinics founded in 1997 with locations in Montreal, Laval, Basses-Laurentides, Laurentides, Lanaudière, Montérégie, Estrie, Mauricie and Centre-du-Québec.
