Défi Gérard-Côté
The Défi Gérard-Côté is the 31st edition of a road running event held on Sunday 9 May 2027 at Polyvalente Hyacinthe-Delorme, 2700 avenue T.-D. Bouchard, Saint-Hyacinthe. The event is organized by the Club athlétique de Saint-Hyacinthe, INC and includes multiple race distances and walking options that bring together families, individuals and company teams.

- 2 km
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 15 km
The event is sanctioned OR by the Fédération québécoise d’athlétisme and the 5 km, 10 km and 15 km courses are certified by Athlétisme Canada. Timing is individual with a chip-equipped bib and SportChrono handles official results. There are marked kilometres, water points (water only), gel for the 10 km and 15 km, and a participation medal for all finishers. Photos are provided free online by PiXiSport.
Registration is available online until 2 May 2027; limited bibs may be sold in person at Sports Experts in Saint-Hyacinthe in early May, subject to availability and without reservation. The event provides a bag drop service, basic first aid and security services. Poussettes, wheelchairs and bone-conduction headphones are permitted when used safely; assistance dogs are allowed.
