Timing and awards: the 5K is chip timed; the 1 mile is untimed. Awards are given to the top two overall male and female finishers and to the top two finishers by gender in age groups: 8 and under, 9-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.

Registration and packet pick up: mailed entries must be received by April 8, 2026 and should be sent to Hermes Sports & Events in Cleveland. Early packet pick up is at Crestview Elementary the day before the race. Race-day registration is available. Participants receive a short-sleeved t-shirt and post-race refreshments; the Kids Dash does not include a shirt unless one is added for an extra charge.
