Dead Horse Ultra : Moab, UT
Dead Horse Ultra takes place in Moab, Utah on November 14, 2026. The event is part of the Triple Crown of Moab and the Run Moab series. It offers multiple trail distances:

The courses use the Magnificent Seven trail system and include world class single track, technical slickrock, and rocky climbs. Key trail segments named for the route include Gemini Bridges Trail, Court Point, Bride Canyon, and Bull Run Trail. Runners pass viewpoints with sights of Arches National Park, the La Sal Mountains, and the Moab Valley.
Course statistics are provided for each distance. Representative figures include lowest elevations near 4,564 feet, highest elevations up to about 5,797 feet on the 50 mile route, and cumulative elevation gain and loss reported per course.
Aid stations follow a cup-less policy. No disposable cups are stocked; water dispensers are available at the start/finish area and at every aid station. Runners can refill bladders, bottles, and reusable cups at aid locations.
Camping is not allowed in the start/finish parking area; nearby 7 Mile RV Park Campground is open with reservations required. Packet pickup is the day before the race at the start line; a photo ID is required, entries are non-transferable, and bib pickup rules restrict who may collect bibs.
