DAV 5K Boston

DAV 5K Boston takes place on November 7 2026 at DCR Fort Independence at Castle Island as the 11th annual edition. The event is a run, walk or roll that thanks those who served and raises awareness of issues facing ill and injured veterans. The event supports the mission of the DAV Department of Massachusetts to help ensure injured veterans are not alone on their road to recovery.

Event distances include:

• 5K
• 1 Mile Walk

Registration options include paid entries and complimentary or discounted entries for veterans. Some veteran tickets offer a discounted runner shirt while other complimentary tickets do not include a shirt. Race kits will be shipped to participants and a shipping fee will be added to orders. A last chance registration option is described as including race entry, a runner shirt, a finisher medal and a Yeti Tumbler.
