HIGHCO’s 11th Annual Dash for DD
This event is a non-timed 5k that starts and ends at the Hillsboro Court House Downtown, located at Hillsboro Municipal Court, 130 Homestead Dr, Hillsboro, Ohio. The course includes five color stations where volunteers will shower participants with colored powder. The powder is described as non-toxic and environmentally safe. Participants may wish to wear sunglasses or goggles to reduce the chance of powder entering the eyes.
Each registered runner receives a Dash for DD shirt. Registration options listed include an individual entry priced at $39.44 and a combined adult plus child option listed as $39.44 for an adult with a child aged five and under. Prices are presented as inclusive of mandatory charges, items, and fees.
Shirt pick up is available at the start line on the day of the event and also on the Friday before the race at Highco West, 5215 US RT 50, Hillsboro, Ohio. The event is described as welcoming runners, walkers, and others, and it has two stated rules for participants: wear the Dash for DD shirt or white clothing at the starting line, and finish the course plastered in colored powder.
