Leesburg Glow Run
The Leesburg Glow Run is a community night event held in Leesburg, Ohio on August 7, 2026, at 200 South Street. The event raises funds for the Fairfield Lions middle and high school cross country teams. Proceeds support team needs such as equipment purchases and travel planning; past proceeds funded pop up tents with the school logo.
Distances offered include:
- 5K race with pre-registration that includes a T-shirt and a glow stick.
- 1 Mile run/walk; pre-registration may include a T-shirt and a glow stick.
- Kiddie Dash for children under 8; $5 fee includes glow paint, sticks and a medal.
The event includes glow paint, glow sticks and necklaces, and a DJ. Activities are presented as part of the Leesburg Festival atmosphere.
