Dark Horse 24 & 48 Hour Ultra Run : Stable View, Aiken, SC
The Dark Horse event is a multi-day ultra run held at the Stable View Equestrian Facility in Aiken, South Carolina. Runners complete repeated laps of a maintained 4-mile loop, which keeps support and timing access close to the course.
Event options include solo and team relay formats. Team relays allow 2 to 4 runners with only one team member on course at a time. Chip timing and live lap counting are provided by a professional timing service, including real-time tracking and splits.

Finisher recognition includes buckles awarded at 100 miles and 150 miles, and custom medals for other finished distances. Top-performing teams receive additional awards. On-site amenities noted for participants include RV sites with hookups, covered canopy or campsite spaces, on-site cottages and hunt boxes, and an on-site bistro and pub. Some on-site lodging and covered sites are reserved specifically through event channels.
