Now in its 15th year, the event takes place across the varied terrain of the park and serves to support FLIP, an organization focused on cancer prevention through a holistic and active lifestyle.
Course Details
Participants can choose between two distinct distances according to their preference and experience:
- 5k Run/Walk
- 10k Run
The 5k course is characterized by relatively flat terrain. This distance is open to both runners and walkers and is designated as a family-friendly option. Running strollers are permitted exclusively on this shorter course.
The 10k course offers a more demanding experience through the park's landscape. A notable feature of this route is a stair climb located at the end of the course. Strollers are not permitted on the 10k route due to the nature of the terrain.
