Danville School Color Run
The Danville School Color Run is a community fundraiser in Danville, Arkansas to raise money for new playground equipment at the elementary school. The event takes place on the school campus with a course that runs around the school grounds.
There are three separate races designed for children and parents. The first race will be released in two heats so that children and parents who prefer to avoid having color thrown at them can still take part; those participants are given a 10 minute head start before the colored heats begin.
Participants who register on a physical form agree to a waiver that acknowledges the inherent risks of running, including traffic, debris and poor footing, and releases the event organizers and associated parties from claims related to participation. The waiver also grants the event director and host organization a limited license to use participants likenesses for advertising or promotion of the event or the sport, while excluding use of likeness for endorsements without written consent.
The description above is based on the event information provided by the organizer and focuses on the event purpose, race format, location, and the consent terms included on the physical registration form. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
