Danish Dash 5K Run/Walk and Kids Fun Run
The Danish Dash is a community running event held at Baldwin Heights Elementary School, 821 W Oak St, Greenville, Michigan, and is presented as part of the Greenville Danish Festival on the same day as the Meijer Grand Dansk Parade.

- Half mile Kids Fun Run/Walk - 0.5 miles
The 5K is a timed event on a USA Track and Field certified course that begins and ends on Faber Street near the school. The route passes through wooded Tower Park, past historic Manoka Lake, around Baldwin Lake, and by views of Taylor Hops before finishing with a gradual hill up Marvel Drive. Top three male and top three female finishers receive medals in the listed age categories: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-74, and 75 and over. Strollers and wagons are allowed.
The half mile Kids Fun Run begins and ends at Baldwin Heights Elementary School. Parents may run with their children. Participation in the kids run is free; shirts are available for $15 if registered by August 6 and are distributed on race day at check-in. Online registration opens May 13. For the 5K, registration closes August 6; kids run registration remains open through August 22. Sponsors include Meijer, Corewell Health, and Planet Fitness.
