2026 Dalton Aruna Run : Village Green Park, Dalton, OH
The Dalton Aruna Run takes place on May 30, 2026 at Village Green Park, S. Freet Street, Dalton, OH 44618. The event features a 5K run/walk; awards are listed for both the 5K and a 1-mile race. Parking is available at the park and across the street.
Registration is tiered by date with listed fees for early, standard, and late periods. Registrants who register by May 10 are guaranteed a race t-shirt and size. Packet pick-up is available in advance on May 29 at Jim's Auto & Transmission, 83 S. Cochran Street, Dalton, and on race day at Village Green Park.
Timing is chip based and results are provided through Race Penguin. All registration fees are designated to support Aruna Project programs that provide meals, counseling, vocational training, and employment opportunities for survivors of human trafficking. Fundraising and team incentives include a $25 Aruna Shop gift card for every ten people on a team and a $25 gift card for every $250 raised individually. Top finishers and top fundraisers receive Aruna products and gift cards.
Event swag includes an Aruna Beach Bag and a District Tri-Blend tee. Dogs are not allowed to participate in the race; strollers are permitted with a request that stroller runners start toward the back. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
