Daisy Dash
The Daisy Dash is scheduled for October 18, 2026 in the City of Sunset Valley. The event marks the 49th running of this community race and features timed road races and a youth dash.
Distances offered:
- 5K timed race, one loop
- 10K timed race, two loops
- Marathon Kids Dash, out-and-back children's races (400 m and 800 m)
Both the 5K and 10K start and finish at Daisy Dash Field and use a flat, looped course through Sunset Valley. The Marathon Kids Dash starts and finishes at the same location and runs out-and-back along Ernest Robles. A finisher's party follows the races.
Packet pickup is scheduled for the day before the race at Raising Cane's in Sunset Valley, with pickup hours noted by the organizer. Parking is available in the Tony Burger Center lot where space is not part of the course; additional parking is offered in nearby shopping center lots about one third to one half mile from the start/finish area.
All proceeds from the Daisy Dash benefit the Marathon Kids program. The 2026 beneficiary is The Girls Movement, a Marathon Kids program that supports girls through running and provides resources and coaching for youth activity. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
