The first 450 registered runners receive an event T-shirt; those early registrants may secure preferred shirt sizes. The first 450 registered runners also receive finisher's medals. Participants who show their bib can receive a free beer after the race. Event proceeds benefit the Chesapeake Beach Civic League. There will be a post-race party for runners, neighbors, and friends. Organizers expect the event to sell out by June 1 and state walk-up registration will not be available on race day. A course map is available on MapMyRun.
