Cupid's Chase 5K Las Cruces
Cupid's Chase 5K Las Cruces takes place on February 14, 2026, at Old Mesilla Plaza in Las Cruces, NM. The event is part of a national race series that marks the founding of Community Options and supports that nonprofit's work providing housing and employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Last year more than 11,000 runners joined the series nationwide.
The event is a certified 5K with professional timing and results posted immediately after the race. It is fully accessible and pet friendly; all pets must remain leashed. Giveaways include a finisher medal and a drawstring bag while supplies last. To guarantee a race shirt, registration is requested by January 1, 2026; shirts remain available after that date while supplies last.
Awards include trophies for the top three overall male and female finishers and age group medals for overall male and female finishers in these groups: 12 & under, 13–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69 and 70 & over. Sponsorship opportunities are offered at multiple levels including Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Exhibitor Table with price ranges noted by the organizer.
