Cupid's Chase 5K - Bethlehem PA
Cupid's Chase 5K is an annual running event held each February at Steel Stacks in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The race is organized to raise funds and awareness for Community Options and to mark the organization's founding in February 1989.
The event supports Community Options' mission of providing residential and employment services to individuals with disabilities. Amenities noted for participants include limited edition Cupid's Chase shirts (distributed first come, first served on race day for those who do not register by January 1), finisher medals while supplies last, and a Cupid's Chase drawstring bag while supplies last.
Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, and to the top finisher in the following age groups for male and female: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 plus.
Bib pickup is offered on days before the event at local pickup locations and on race day at the ArtsQuest registration table; personalized bibs require earlier registration and last-minute registrants can receive a bib number by text shortly after registering.
