Cupid's Chase 5K Newtown
The event takes place on February 13, 2027 at The Temperance House, 5 South State Street, Newtown, PA 18940, United States. It is part of a national race series that celebrates the founding of Community Options; the series raised funds to support housing and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Last year, more than 17,000 runners across the country took part in the series. This is the 19th annual local race.
The local offering is a certified 5K (3.1 miles) with professional timing and immediate posting of results. The event is fully accessible and pet-friendly; pets must remain leashed. Registration for the 5K opens on June 9, 2026 and closes on November 30, 2026; the listed registration fee is $40. To guarantee a Cupid's Chase shirt, registration should be completed by January 1, 2027; shirts may be available later while supplies last. Giveaways include a finisher medal and drawstring bag while supplies last. Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group medals will be awarded to overall male and female finishers in these groups: 12 & under, 13–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69 and 70 & over.
