Logistics and Registration
Race package pick-up and optional bike check-in are held at Main Beach on the Saturday afternoon prior to the race. A final package pick-up window is available on race morning. All participants are required to have valid race-day insurance, which can be provided via a Triathlon BC annual membership or a pre-purchased one-day membership.
The registration fee covers several items, including silicone swim caps, body marking tattoos, a quality race garment, and access to aid stations on the run course. Professional medical staff and volunteers support the event, and post-race nourishment is provided at the finish line. Participants may transfer their entry to another person or change race distances until 14 days before the event, subject to specific fees and sub-event availability.
