The Culpeper July 4th Freedom 5k takes place on Saturday, July 4, 2026 in Culpeper, Virginia. The event is held at Culpeper Baptist Church, 318 S West St, Culpeper, VA 22701. The event is open to runners and fitness walkers. Team or group registration is available.

Course and entry

The course begins in the Culpeper Baptist Church rear parking lot, continues down West Street, turns onto West Mason Street and Blue Ridge Avenue, makes a full loop around Yowell Meadow Park, then returns on Blue Ridge Avenue, turns on West Piedmont Street to North West Street, and finishes back at the church rear parking lot. Ninety minutes of completion time is allowed for the race.

Registration fees are: $30 through June 15, 2026; $35 from June 16 through race day; group rate of $25 for groups of five or more. Registration closes on June 15, 2026 and re-opens on June 16, 2026.
