The required items are a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, a whistle, a charged mobile phone with the emergency number stored, and a foil blanket or bivvy bag or equivalent. All runners must bring these items to the race. The specific kit to be carried during the event may be finalised on the day depending on conditions and will be advised at registration.
