Entry, kit and volunteering

Required items are a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, whistle, a charged mobile phone with the emergency number stored, and a foil blanket, bivvy bag or equivalent. Runners must have the means to carry this kit. The specific kit to be carried during the race may be finalised on the day and will be advised at registration. Failure to have the required items may lead to being denied entry or disqualification; random checks may be carried out.
Volunteer roles are managed via the event system. To qualify for the end of year prize, two non-running volunteer roles are required in a calendar year.
