- Youth A (13-14): Swim 300 m, Bike 12 km, Run 2.5 km
- Youth B (10-12): Swim 200 m, Bike 6 km, Run 1 km
- Youth C (7-9): Swim 100 m, Bike 3 km, Run 450 m
- Mini (< 7): Swim 50 m, Bike 450 m, Run 450 m
