Crowborough 10k & 5k
The Crowborough 10k and 5k take place in Crowborough, East Sussex with Race HQ at Beacon Academy. The event continues a more than thirty year history and includes two race distances: one lap and two laps respectively.
- 10 km - two laps of the measured course
- 5 km - one lap of the measured course
Both races use tarmac roads and run on lanes around the town. The 10k forms part of the Sussex Grand Prix. Road closures are used for the event and the course is described by participants as challenging and hilly. The 10k and 5k start together.
Included for entrants are a bespoke medal, trophies and prizes for leading runners, and cakes at the finish. Race information is sent to registered entrants before the event. On-the-day entry fees are listed as £25 for the 10k and £20 for the 5k subject to availability.
Race HQ is located in the main hall. Parking at the venue is limited; car parks provided should be used and marshal instructions followed. There are no parking facilities at the finish. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
