Course
The race consists of two road legs and two fell legs. Distances given include:
- 2 x 4.8 km road legs
- 2 x 4.2 km fell legs
Total climb is approximately 150 m. Full body cover is required for the route and there will be a kit check.
Entry and race rules
Pre-entry is available and entry on the day is allowed. Entry fees are the same for pre-entry and on-the-day entry: members £20, non-members £25. Teams are four runners each.
