About the race
The Crewe 10K on 25 October 2026 is a closed-road race in the town centre of Crewe with the event village based at the Royal Arcade (CW1 2JG). The route is described as fast and flat and the race is chip timed. Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, post race goodies, chip timed results and a bag drop.
The event supports YMCA Cheshire and lists Acorn Kia as an event partner. There is a 90 minute cut off due to road closures, and the minimum age for the 10 km is 15 years. The event village offers food and drink options and free partner goodies at the finish.
Pram and wheelchair participants are welcomed. Practical facilities on site include a secure baggage marquee with baggage tags attached to race numbers, portable toilets, and water available at the 5 km point and at the finish. There is no specific event parking; a multi storey car park on Delamere Street is anticipated to be open on Sundays. Crewe train station is approximately a 20 minute walk from the event village. Spectators are welcome and are advised to remain in the event village where they can see both the start and finish or to respect road closures if they move onto the course.
