Creighton ASDA Smiles-For-Miles Run/Walk
The event is a community run and walk held at the Creighton School of Dentistry in Omaha to benefit the Dental Patient Assistance Program. The program helps the school provide care to vulnerable patients.
The distance offered for each category is 3 Miles. Participant categories and standard registration fees are:
- Student category: $15.00
- Alumni category: $25.00
- Faculty and staff category: $25.00
- Family members category: $25.00
- Children under 12: free
Registration opens on July 14, 2026 and closes on September 11, 2026. Payment is due at the time of registration. Registration includes race entry, a Smile-for-Miles shirt while supplies last, and light refreshments after the event. The first 150 registrations are guaranteed a t-shirt; later registrants may not receive their desired shirt size and shirts are distributed first-come, first-serve at packet pickup.
Students, faculty, staff, alumni, friends, family, and dogs are welcome to participate. The event emphasizes community support for the dental school's patient assistance activities and organizes entries by participant category. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
