The 22 mile and 50K courses continue higher on jeep roads through the Equity Mine site and a section called The Ladders, topping out near 12,500 feet at the Continental Divide. Runners should expect exposed sections with variable Colorado mountain weather. The 50K course includes a stretch of single track at the head of Miners Creek before descending back toward Creede.
