Hell's Half Acre Half Marathon & 5K
The Cox Running Club presents the 10th annual Hell's Half Acre Half Marathon & 5K on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Trinity Park Pavilion #3 in Fort Worth, Texas. The event offers two main distances and a two-person relay.
- 5K out-and-back course
- Half Marathon four-loop circuit, each loop 3.275 miles
Entry is limited to 500 participants for each race. Pricing follows a tiered system: 5K tiers are $35, $40, and $45; Half Marathon tiers are $80, $90, $100, and $110. A two-person half marathon relay is offered with a team fee of $120; each team member runs two laps and exchanges a timing chip-baton.
All finishers receive medals and technical shirts; 5K finishers receive a custom 3-inch medal and half marathon finishers receive a custom 5-inch medal. Shirts are guaranteed only for preregistered participants. Results are chip-timed by Cox Racing Services.
Awards are given overall and by age group for both races. The 5K awards include overall, masters, and age group placements down to 80 and older. The half marathon awards include overall, masters, grand masters, and age group placements. The half marathon relay recognizes the top three teams.
