Registration, packet pickup and medals
Registration fees are tiered: $25 (by October 31), $30 (by November 30), $35 (by December 23), and $40 on race day. Packet pickup is available race day only at the race site. All participants receive a custom Christmas Eve finisher medal; pre-registered entrants are guaranteed a medal, and any remaining medals are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis on race day.
Competition, timing and awards
The 5K is chip-timed by Cox Racing Services. Awards apply only to the 5K: overall male and female, overall master male and female, and age-group awards for men and women in standard age ranges from 12 & under through 80 & over (top three in each age group).
