About the race
Crazy Muley Ultra is a unique trail running event held in Edgerton, Alberta, featuring two distances: a 50K and a 25K-ish race. It is Alberta's only sand dune ultra, with a challenging single-loop course that traverses rolling hills, sand dune complexes, single tracks, quad trails, roads, and some pavement. The race showcases the region's distinctive landscapes with minimal shade and loose sand, marked by colorful pin flags.
