Craftsbury Summer TNR 2026
The Craftsbury Summer TNR is a weekly cross country running series in Craftsbury, Vermont, organized by Craftsbury Outdoor Center. The series runs on Tuesdays from June 9 to August 25, 2026 and includes 12 events during that period. Registration for the series closes on August 25, 2026.
Distances and course types:
- 5 km Red course
- 5 km Green course
- Kids North course about 1.5 miles
- Kids South course about 1 mile / 2 km
Courses use a mixture of single track and ski trail. The program offers an Open Run, a Kids Run, and a Bike Race on the same evenings. The series is free for all participants regardless of member status.
Race cancellations are based on weather forecasts and air quality. If the National Weather Service shows a 60% or greater chance of thunderstorms for the race time window, the races will be canceled. If the Air Quality Index (AQI) is 100 or above at the 4:00pm check, races will be canceled. Onsite cancellations may occur if there was thunder or lightning in the previous 30 minutes, if trails are unsafe due to heavy rain, or if AQI rises above 90.
