Event overview
The CraftHalf takes place on April 4, 2026, in downtown Winston-Salem, NC. The main venue is Foothills Brewpub at 638 West 4th Street. The event day includes a city block block party on 4th Street, with the block closed from Poplar to Spring Street. Admission to the block party is free; food and craft beers are available for purchase and up to 12 breweries are present. The event is part of The Race Series and is organized in partnership with Foothills Brewing and Junction 311 Endurance Sports.
Race details
The event offers multiple race options:
- 13.1 miles half marathon
- 3.1 miles 5K run/walk
- 1 mile timed event
- Kids dash for ages 12 and under
- CraftDouble combining the one mile and 5K
Registered participants receive a finisher’s medal, a gender-specific performance event tee (sizes guaranteed if registered at least two weeks before the race), two craft beers, and event giveaways. The Kids Dash receives a special post-race gift. The course and race logistics include packet pickup, water/aid stations, timing and awards, and parking information listed by the organizer.
