Event overview
The CraftHalf Half Marathon & 5K takes place on April 4, 2026, in Winston-Salem, NC. The event is centered at Foothills Brewpub, 638 West 4th Street, and includes a city block party on 4th Street between Poplar and Spring Street. The block party has no admission fee; food and craft beers are available for purchase. The event partners include Foothills Brewing and Junction 311 Endurance Sports. Up to 12 breweries are present at the site. The CraftHalf is part of The Race Series.

Registered participants receive a finisher’s medal, a gender-specific event tee (register at least two weeks before to guarantee shirt and size), and two craft beers.
