Cowdray Estate Trail Run Series 2026/2027
The Cowdray Estate Trail Run Series, called Run the Seasons, runs across four seasonal races at Cowdray Estate near Midhurst, West Sussex. This is the fourth year of the series, organised by Raw Energy Pursuits, and it takes place between October 2026 and June 2027.
Runners can enter a range of distances and categories:
- 3 km kids races, ages 6 to 11
- 5 km junior race, ages 12 to 15
- 5 km adult and 10 km races, ages 15 and over
- 10 mile races, ages 18 and over CaniRun entries are available for selected distances and well behaved dogs are welcome in CaniRun categories.
Series results use a points system based on finishing position, with each competitor's top three results counting towards the overall series. There are series prizes for the 5 km and 10 km categories, and for the 3 km kids and CaniRun categories; 10 mile races do not have a series prize. Prizes are also awarded for each individual seasonal race, and ages are taken as age on race day.
