South Downs Trail Run - Goodwood, West Sussex
The South Downs Trail Run starts at Goodwood Racecourse and runs into the South Downs National Park, with distant views of the North Downs, Chichester Harbour, and the Isle of Wight on a clear day. The route passes through forest tracks, skirts Levin Down, and includes a stretch of the South Downs Way before returning to Goodwood via a downhill into East Dean and a final climb to the finish.
