Coventry Half Marathon - 11 April 2027
The Coventry Half Marathon is a road race that uses city centre streets before heading into nearby countryside towards Warwickshire. The start line is listed as Cox Street and the course finishes at Cox Street, with participants receiving a goody bag and a bespoke finisher medal.
Entrants must be 17 years or over on race day. The standard event inclusions are chip timing, a finisher goody bag, and the option to pre-order a tech finisher T-shirt and have the medal engraved with an iTAB. Results will be published on the event website after the race.
On-course support includes water stations supplying 330 ml bottles, Applied Nutrition isotonic drinks and energy gels, and pacers sponsored by Arla Protein who carry finish-time flags. Medical personnel will be positioned at regular intervals with fixed first aid stations near water stations and a first aid unit and recovery area close to the start and finish.
Event facilities include an Event Village with food and drink vendors and charity stalls, baggage storage in the Coventry University student hub, and toilets at the student hub. Complimentary post-race massage is provided by Coventry University. MarathonPhotos will take event photographs available for purchase.
Sustainability measures include recycling bins on course and trainer drop-off stations via JogOn. Cycle parking is supervised near the start on Gosford Street and there are nearby cycle hire docks. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
