About the race
SE Fitness Running & Walking Club stages a festive 5K Santa Run in Sutton Park, Sutton Coldfield on Sunday 6 December 2026. The event takes place in the park and is organised by SE Fitness, a local running and walking club that runs sessions for beginners, Couch to 5K participants and more experienced runners.
Participants may run, jog, walk or skip; the event is described as suitable for all ages and abilities. Christmas fancy dress is encouraged, with prizes planned for the best dressed individual and best dressed family. The Santa Run raises funds for two local mental health charities, Acacia Family Support and Our Place.
SE Fitness is a social club that also offers a range of regular running and walking programmes, including Couch to 5K, a 5 to 10K programme, Run Fitness and Run Plus, plus several walking groups.
