Coveathlon #2
Coveathlon #2 takes place on July 16, 2026, at 1131 Bay Back Drive, Newport Beach, CA. The event offers a mix of swim and run formats on a single day and includes relay entries.
Distances:
- 6K (1K swim plus 5K run)
- 1K swim
- 5K run
- 10K run
Registration opens March 25, 2026 and closes June 1, 2026. Individual entry fees are listed for each event: $65 for the combined 1K swim plus 5K run, $40 for the 1K swim, $40 for the 5K run, $45 for the 10K run, and $90 for the 1K swim plus 5K run relay. Series pass options are available with stated prices and a limited release of 50 series passes.
Included with registration are a race T-shirt, a silicone swim cap, free race photos, chip timing with live results, and awards after every race. Athletes who complete all four races receive a special edition long-sleeve shirt.
Swim participants are organized into waves by gender and age group. Each individual race is capped at 250 athletes, and team awards are presented at the final race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
