Courir du Festival 5K 2026
The Courir du Festival 5K, presented by b1BANK, takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026 in Lafayette, Louisiana. The event starts and finishes near Scène Ochsner Lafayette General Fais Do Do at 700 Jefferson Street and runs through the historic tree-lined streets of downtown Lafayette on the Saturday morning of Festival International.
The course is a certified 5K route. Participants cross the finish area with live music, food, and beer. Registration packets include a locally designed and printed 2026 t-shirt; shirts are distributed first-come, first-serve and may be limited on race day.
Online registration opens January 1, 2026. Early bird pricing of $35 applies to the first 200 registrants, after which the fee increases to $40 until online registration closes on April 21, 2026, unless the event cap is reached earlier. Teams of friends, family, or colleagues can register for a chance to win prizes, and the largest registered team receives special race swag.
