Event overview

Entry, prizes and policies
The listed entry fee is $42; the price increases after December 14, 2025 at 11:59pm CST. Participants who register before February 1, 2026 are advised to register early to lock in a race T-shirt. The fastest overall couple will receive a one-night hotel stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Grand Prairie at Epic Central; entries must be submitted as a "Team" to qualify for that prize.
The event operator has a strict no-refund policy. In extreme weather the start may be delayed by up to a half hour; beyond that the course may be shortened or altered. The event may be cancelled for unsafe conditions such as lightning or ice. If a participant cannot attend or the event is cancelled, packet, shirt, and medal can still be received and the participant may run the race independently on their own course and time under the event's virtual race option.
