Location and logistics
The event takes place at Veterans Park, 140 Scotch St, Hendersonville, TN 37075. Packet pickup is available on race day before the start and results and awards are available at the registration tent immediately after finishing. The kid's dash meets at the start line and participants are walked to the starting area.
Course, awards and policies
Course maps are provided for the 5K, a double out-and-back 10K, and a triple out-and-back 15K. Age-group awards apply to the 5K, 10K, and 15K with overall male/female, masters (40+), and top-3 male/female in multiple age brackets up to 80+. Kid's Dash, 1-Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards. The organizer has a no-refund policy and will transfer entries to virtual only if cancellation is required by the venue or if ice hazards are present.
