Registration, packet pickup and virtual options
Registration items for the timed distances include a custom bib, designer shirt, and custom finisher medal. Packet pickup is available on race day starting an hour and a half before the race. Registrations that switch to virtual must be requested before the event; virtual packets are mailed and ship the Wednesday after the race. Virtual participants may run any day at a location of their choice and may upload times and photos starting the day of the event.
Awards and policies
5k/10k/15k events use chip timing and offer male and female overall awards, masters awards (40+), and top-three awards by multiple age groups from 10 & under through 80+. Kid's Dash, 2-Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards. Bodies Race Company has a no-refund policy; events proceed in most weather and will cancel only for venue requirements or hazardous ice conditions, with transfers to virtual if canceled.
