The Country Mill Spiked Apple 5k is a timed running and walking event at the Country Mill Orchard & Cider Mill in Charlotte, Michigan.

Course Details
The 5k course is a two-loop route that starts and finishes at the winery on the property. The terrain includes some uneven ground and small hills. A 1-mile option is also described, where participants start with the 5k but take a different route around the outside of the orchards.
Event Features
Registration includes a t-shirt, a signature glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle opener, a race bib, online results, a homemade cider donut, and a pour of cider. Minors receive a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal, and bib, plus a sweet cider instead of a spiked cider. The event offers age group awards for the top three finishers in ten-year categories, with awards available for pickup on race day. Free photos are taken at the finish line. The event has a virtual participation option.
Logistics
Packet pickup is available on race day only, starting one hour before the event. Strollers are permitted, but a jogging stroller with large wheels is recommended due to uneven ground. Dogs are not allowed on the course or in the winery building. The event is professionally timed by J3 Timing, and results are posted online.
