Country Mill Spiked Apple 5K
The Country Mill Spiked Apple 5K takes place on July 31, 2027 at Country Mill Orchard & Cider Mill in Charlotte, Michigan. The course is cross country style, mostly on grass, and includes some mildly challenging terrain while accommodating both runners and walkers.
Registration opens August 24, 2026 and closes May 7, 2027. The registration fee is $30. Registered participants receive a super soft ring spun cotton T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle opener, a chip-timed race bib, a fresh homemade buttermilk donut, and a pour of cider. Results are timed and scored by J3 Timing and will be posted at J3Timing.com.
The event route passes sunflower fields and takes place on orchard and farm property where attendees can purchase or pick fresh fruit including organic blueberries, peaches, and apples. The organizer asks for donations of personal care items to support families in need through St Vincent DePaul; donated items entered into a drawing for 10 activity wristbands to the Country Mill, valued at $100.
