Cottleville Event Walk
The Cottleville Event Walk is scheduled for Saturday, October 17 at Legacy Park, 5490 Fifth St, Cottleville, MO. The event is organized by the Gateway Milers walking club, an AVA affiliated group that sponsors Volksmarch walks in the St. Louis area.
Participants can choose between two route lengths:
- 10 kilometers (6.2 miles)
- 5 kilometers (3.1 miles)
Gateway Milers describes its events as open to everyone and non-competitive, so participants may walk, jog, or run at their own pace. Sanctioned AVA event walks and the club's year round event walks carry a participant fee of $3 per person.
