North Jersey 5k

The North Jersey event is a corporate team 5 km run/walk held at Overpeck County Park in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. The event location is listed as 199 Challenger Road, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660.

Pre-race activities and post-race gatherings are staged at the park amphitheatre and the adjacent large grass field known as the great lawn. Team packet pick-up, race night registration and company gatherings occur in these areas. The 5 km course consists of two loops that remain entirely within the park and both the start and finish are located at the amphitheatre.

A post-race party includes music provided by a DJ and complimentary team and individual photos taken by an event photographer. Food and drink provided at the event include beer, pizza, ziti and cookies; companies may also bring their own food and drink and arrange corporate picnic catering. Awards are presented for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams and individuals.

Parking is available in a large lot adjacent to the amphitheatre. Registration details include a fee of $48 per team member, an online registration deadline of Friday July 31 at 5pm, and a team payment deadline of Tuesday August 4 at 5pm.
