Manhattan Financial District 5k
The event takes place on Thursday evening, September 17, 2026, in Battery Park City at Rockefeller Park North, located across the street from River Terrace between Liberty and Warren Streets. Pre-race activities and the post-race gathering are staged in the picnic area next to the handball courts in Rockefeller Park North.
Packet and t-shirt pickup, race night registration, and company gathering occur at the picnic area. Picnic tables, wooden benches, and grassy space with picnic blankets are provided. Teams may bring their own food and drink.
The course is a 5k out-and-back on the walk/run path, heading south toward Robert Wagner, with the start and finish on the great lawn at Rockefeller Park North.
The post-race party includes free pizza, free cookies, free beverages, continuous music from a DJ, and free team and individual photos by an event photographer. Awards are presented for largest team, best team tee shirt, and fastest team and individuals.
Registration is per team member at $48. The online registration deadline is Friday, September 11 at 5:00 pm. Team payment is due Wednesday, September 16 at 5:00 pm. Race night registration is available for late arrivals but is discouraged. Teams that refer a prospective company that registers receive a $50 gift card.
Getting to the park can be done on foot, by rideshare using 212 Warren Street as the ideal drop address, or via the A or C subway to Chambers Street station. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
