The Corporate Fun Run Lehigh Valley features a 5k run and walk held at Upper Saucon Community Park and the Saucon Rail Trail. This evening event is designed for corporate teams and individual participants to engage in outdoor activity within a park setting.
The course is an "out and back" route on the Saucon Rail Trail. The start and finish lines are situated at the Upper Saucon Park Picnic Shelter. The terrain involves the established paths of the rail trail and the surrounding park area.
The event site includes a main picnic shelter and surrounding grass areas where team gathering and a post-race party are held. The organizers provide banquet and picnic table seating for all participants. Catering provided by the event includes pizza, ziti, and beer, though companies are permitted to bring their own food and beverages.
A DJ provides music throughout the duration of the event. A photographer is present to capture individual and team photos, which are available to participants. Awards are presented in several categories, including the largest team, the team with the best t-shirt design, and the fastest teams and individuals.
