Hartford 5k | Corporate Fun Run
The event is a corporate 5k run/walk held in Bushnell Park at the Performance Pavilion on the evening of Thursday, July 23, 2026. The course starts and finishes on the paved run/walk path behind the Performance Pavilion and consists of three loops around the park.
Pre-race activities and team packet pick-up take place on the grass field in front of the Performance Pavilion. Banquet table seating will be set up for teams and team members. Race night registration is available for individuals who miss the online deadline, and company gatherings are integrated into the pre-race staging.
A post-race party is held on site with free beer, free pizza, free ziti and other refreshments. A DJ will play music throughout the event and a photographer will take free team and individual photos. Awards are presented for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams and individuals. Companies may bring their own catering for private team picnics if they prefer.
Parking is available on surrounding streets around the periphery of Bushnell Park. The registration fee is $48 per team member. Online registration closes Friday, July 17 at 5pm and team payment is due Tuesday, July 21 at 5pm. A referral program offers a $50 gift card for providing a contact at a prospective company that registers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
