Morris Hospital Corn Fest 5K : Morris, IL
The Morris Hospital Corn Fest 5K is scheduled for September 26, 2026, at Morris Elementary School, 2001 Dupont Avenue, Morris, Illinois. The main event is a USATF certified 3.1 mile course (IL25035NM) that starts on the black drive behind Morris Grade School and winds through residential neighborhoods. A Wellness Walk uses the same course.
Additional youth events take place behind the school:
- 5K Run / Wellness Walk 3.1 miles certified IL25035NM
- Youth Fun Run (ages 6-10) 1/2 mile loop around the fields
- Youth Fun Run (ages 5 and under) 100 yard dash across the field
Race day registration is available at Morris Grade School. Early packet pick up is available Thursday, September 24 at the Morris Hospital YMCA Community Room. T shirts for the 5K Run and Wellness Walk are available to the first 300 pre-registered participants in unisex adult sizes. Fun Run participants receive cotton T shirts in youth sizes.
Awards are given for overall 5K results to the top three male and top three female finishers and for age group placements to the top three in each age division. All Fun Run participants receive a medal. Awards require the recipient to be present at the time of awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
