Cork Pride Annual 5k, 25 July 2026, Kennedy Park, Cork City

The Frontrunners & Briskwalkers Cork Pride Annual 5k is a walking and running event taking place on 25 July 2026 at Kennedy Park in Cork City. A permit has been approved for the event (certificate no. 26/36).

The event features separate starts for walkers and runners and is restricted to participants aged 18 and over. The race uses chip timing and is recorded as a timed event.

Medals are provided for all finishers and a trophy is awarded to the first running and first walking finishers. Refreshments and entertainment are available after the 5k. All runners and walkers are included in a raffle for Pride Spot Prizes.

The event is organised with a focus on breaking barriers, creating opportunities and building on equality and inclusion for the LGBT+ community in sport. The organisers encourage participation from the LGBT+ community and allies. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
