About the race
RunCork Half Marathon is a city half marathon in Cork on February 7, 2027. The race covers the standard half marathon distance of 21.1 km along mostly tarmac roads and the Marina Greenway, with a route that runs past Blackrock Village and along the banks of the River Lee. The event is limited to 3,500 entries and is for runners aged 18 and over on race day.
Race services include professional chip timing with instant results, a finisher's medal and an exclusive event T-shirt for each entrant, water stations located at 5 km, 10 km, 15 km and 20 km, and toilet facilities at the water stations. The course is fully marshalled and has medical support throughout. There is a bag drop at the finish line and a managed finish area at Cork marina.
