Hyrox Cork - Ballymaloe Grainstore

Hyrox Cork is a fully chipped Hyrox simulation taking place at Ballymaloe Grainstore, Ballymaloe House Hotel, Shanagarry, Co. Cork, Ireland on 11 and 12 April 2026. The event features full station breakdowns and accepts both individual entries and team entries.

Relays are organised as teams of four. More than 1400 athletes are scheduled to compete across two days, with podium ceremonies included. An athlete recovery area with ice baths is available on site.

Supporting activities at the venue include live music by DUG and a Sonflour pop up restaurant offering an exclusive plant based menu for the occasion. The Grainstore will also host a programme of design and craft exhibitors and makers.
