Event Overview
The Cork Simulations for Hyrox are held at the Ballymaloe Grainstore, located at the Ballymaloe House Hotel in Shanagarry, Co. Cork. This two-day competition provides athletes with a way to experience a functional fitness race in a setting that replicates the official Hyrox format. Over 1,400 participants compete across the weekend, and performances are tracked using electronic timing chips.
